Yes, you are welcome to share a room with your partner! Each of you must register individually, however, with your own email accounts and contact information. You will each have the opportunity to name your partner so that we can make sure to book you in the same room.

You are welcome to register on behalf of your partner, but you will need to logout and create a separate account with separate contact information. You cannot re-use the same email address.

You can request either one or two beds for you Shared Room.

Shared Rooms are currently $9,900 per person.

The September 2024 tour is sold out, but you can register for the May 2025 Egypt Tour.

If you cannot go on the May tour, you can also add yourself to our Waitlist.

Your airfare to and from Cairo (joining and leaving the tour) is not included.

However, once you're on the tour, domestic flights that are part of the tour are covered. Please be sure to read all of the package details here.

Your registration includes a non-refundable $2,000 USD deposit.

Cancellations made six months or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus the $2,000 deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within six months of the tour start date under any circumstances.

Ancient Lifetimes strongly recommends getting travel insurance with a CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) policy. We recommend TravelInsured.com and their CFAR policy but please research and choose the company and policy that is best for you. 

We understand that some people like to arrive a little early to get over jet lag and ease into Egypt with time for a massage or dip into the pool. Others will want to linger a little beyond the tour to stay in the Egypt vibe. That is wonderful, but please be aware that any extra nights beyond the tour dates need to be booked by you. Ancient Lifetimes does not book extra nights on your behalf.

In the case of traveling with a friend or partner, or having a private room, we try to keep you in the same room once the tour begins or ends. No promises, but we do try! If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]

Yes. When you pay for your tour, you'll be able to choose from a number of monthly payment plans. You'll also have the choice to pay in full.
